The Truepill Marketing Team is new and growing! We interface with nearly all aspects and layers of the business. Our team oversees media buying, PR/communications, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, market strategy, and partner marketing strategy.
B2B Growth Marketing Manager
We are seeking a performance-driven B2B Growth Marketing Manager who loves building growth strategies, executing campaigns to build up lead funnels, and grow existing partnerships. You’ll be working closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive new growth for the business and build upon existing relationships. There’s a lot of room for new channel development, testing different strategies, and shaping what growth efforts look like. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

• Drive the strategy and execution of our growth efforts towards building a larger sales pipeline and build on existing relationships
• Build the lead gen team for Truepill
• Develop campaign KPIs amp; MQLs working towards broader growth targets
• Building a roadmap amp; executing on growth strategies both digital and offline
• Work with content amp; copy marketers on sales enablement efforts
• Work with sales team to identify amp; build target industries, personas, and company profiles
• Manage the workflow processes, procedures, guidelines, requirements, and testing plan for channels, new campaigns, and strategies
• Work with marketing analytics to define any new requirements to ensure the right attributes and data are available for relevant MQLs

We're Looking For Someone With:

• 5+ years of experience in lead gen/growth marketing at a fast-growing B2B tech company
• A natural product marketer that can communicate product capabilities clearly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve across teams and tools
• A curious mind and ability to hit the ground running
• Experienced in a variety of marketing and data tech tools: email/CRM (Salesforce, Pardot, MailChimp, customer.io, etc.)
• Experience with Analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.
• Ability to measure everything. If it’s not traditionally measurable, finding unique ways to gauge impact.
