The Growth PM will be responsible for prioritising features. You will identify the biggest problems and opportunities to ensure that the right products and product features are built at the right time, for the right reasons. You will sit across engineering, business and design. Often serving as a "bridge" between these disciplines, helping to ensure there’s alignment and a clear path forward.
There is a huge opportunity to grow in this role as you will be working directly with the CEO on prioritising product features towards the vision of Cake.
Requirements
Minimum skills:
- Product experience
- Experience from conception to launch of strategic product roadmap
- Experience in product vision, market strategy and discussing design
- Good understanding of equity and/or legal contracts for startups
Desired Skills:
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
Responsible for:
- Launching products/features, testing and iterating
- Working with engineering, marketing, legal and UX teams on new technologies
- Innovative solution for the best equity solution for startup founders
- Create high-level UX diagrams/feature requirements for engineering
