The position

• We are seeking a recent graduate with a background or knowledge of Agriculture. The role will consist of selling Ag commodities (Feed Ingredients and fertilizers) throughout QLD within the Agriculture/Agribusiness sector. The successful candidate will have a great attitude and a passion for personalised customer service.
• You’ll be provided a patch of established clients within specific regions within QLD and be charged with establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships whilst promoting Redox and our products to them.
• A typical day will involve information gathering, putting together proposals, price negotiation, customer visits and consulting with internal and external stakeholders in order to maximise success. You will get hands-on and broad business to business (B2B) sales and chemical trading industry experience.
• You will be mentored and given one on one guidance on how to succeed as well as participating in a host of formal training programs. Individual career development will be supported and encouraged, significant career progression opportunities will be available to the right person.

What you need:

• A degree in Business or Science specialising in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition or Agribusiness is desired but not essential
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• A competitive and driven attitude
• Driver’s license
• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia (Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Permanent residence).
