What your new job can look like

We are looking for a creative yet analytical individual who has a passion for digital marketing and wishes to develop their skills in a global, thriving company. Your primary responsibilities will be to oversee our organic social media activity plus you will have the opportunity to develop and implement paid digital marketing campaign initiatives.

Organic Social Media

  • Build Moodle’s online community against social media KPIs.
  • Manage and execute Moodle’s social media content and calendar.
  • Create engaging written and visual content for social media campaigns.
  • Analyze social trends and develop strategy plans to reach out to the right audiences.
  • Be an early adopter of social media trends and technology.
  • Monitor, measure and report on engagements and the success of social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate and create engaging written and visual content for social media campaigns.
  • Utilise insights to finesse campaigns.
  • Analyse competitor social media activity to inform content development and activity.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns.
  • Analysing campaign data and compiling regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Online advertising campaigns.
  • Applying search marketing principles to online content to improve search engine ranking.
  • Develop and implement growth initiatives for Moodle’s products and services to drive engagement, traffic and conversions.
  • Analyse the market, competitors and audience providing actionable insights
  • Provide recommendations regarding paid media tactics, audience targeting and retargeting strategies where required.

Requirements

We'd love to meet you

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

  • Solid marketing experience and understanding of marketing practices, with knowledge of or exposure to the software, edtech or online learning sector beneficial.
  • Experience developing, implementing and evaluating social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to grow a social media community.
  • Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously.
  • Creative flair!

Plus, experience in the following is highly regarded:

  • Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager in addition to working with social media platforms, Wordpress and Google Analytics
  • Day-to-day delivery of Marketing Services including: PPC (including Adwords, Facebook amp; Display); Reporting amp; Analytics; Digital Marketing and Promotion.
