Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the sale of Volkswagen, Subaru, Kia, Mitsubishi, Jeep and Isuzu Ute.

A position now exists for a stock controller to join our team located within our Rothwell dealership. Reporting to the Stock Control Team Leader you will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to make sure our customer, brands partners and business needs are achieved. On a day to day basis you will:
- Manage stock enquiries from internal and external teams
- Source and allocate vehicles for 6 brands
- Build relationships with other dealers to arrange stock swaps including arrange transportation
- Invoice and process stock transfers
- Execute stock status changes
- Completion of daily stock lists
- Run delivery schedules/summaries
- Complete monthly OEM reporting
Ideally you will be customer centric yet be able to balance the needs of both the business and brand partners to ensure targets are met. You will be able to build relationships quickly, collaborating with people of all levels both internal and external to the business whilst managing expectations. It is preferable that you have had experience in the automotive industry, have experience using ERA, are an excel whizz and can think outside of the box. This is a busy and fast paced role so a can do attitude is crucial along with a willingness to be flexible in your approach.
