Role amp; Responsibilities:

ClickView is looking for an organised, driven and proactive individual who shows initiative and can handle multiple priorities at once. This is an excellent opportunity to get exposure to a range of hands-on and relevant experience within Finance, HR and Operations.

Finance support (50%):

  • Accounts Payable - verifying receipts, processing invoices etc
  • Accounts Receivable - calling customers for overdue invoices, processing credit card payments, dealing with account related queries etc
Office management (25%):
  • Weekly food and drinks order
  • Ensuring the kitchen, drinks fridge and office supplies are stocked up
  • Point of contact and management of office maintenance (cleaning, zip tap, air con etc)
  • Overseeing the co-ordination of the office refurb
  • Manage and help people with the post system
  • Looking for ways to enhance our Sydney office
  • Supporting other offices and teams with ad hoc office management tasks (booking hotels, supplies etc)
HR administration (25%):
  • Sending employee’s gifts on their birthday and new employees gift bags
  • Assisting with the coordination of conferences and company socials - room bookings, hotel bookings, catering, flights etc
  • Creating contracts for freelancers and distributors, and filing signed contracts
  • Ad hoc recruitment tasks - scheduling interviews, screening candidates etc
  • Research tasks, for example for new people initiatives
You will work closely with the People Operations Manager, Finance Manager and Financial Accountant to ensure the office runs smoothly and administrative duties are completed.

Requirements:

  • Available to work three business days per week in the office
  • Experience and interest in administrative duties
  • Some experience in AP and AR preferable
  • Superb organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once and deliver
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Please note that we are currently working from home so some office duties will not performed until we are back in the office. Once back in the office, based on Government advice, this role will be working three days per week in the office.
