This opportunity is ideal for a hungry and motivated real estate enthusiast who is looking to immerse themselves in the field and learn from the best in the industry. To succeed in the role, you will be someone who thrives in a process driven environment and can manage multiple conflicting priorities whilst working within a fast-paced team.

This opportunity requires the candidate to work Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday work as required.

Responsibilities

This is a varied role with aspects of:

• Providing administration support on the daily appraisal, listing and sales activities;
• Preparing and coordinating marketing campaigns and materials;
• Preparing legal documentation including Form 6’s and Contracts of sale;
• Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience;
• Database and calendar management;

• General administration as required.

Requirements

Due to the importance of this role, you will need:

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;

• Passion and desire to help others succeed;
• Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Confidence in working with Microsoft Office; and
• Ability to adapt and be flexible.
