Byrespondingto customer inquiriesas to the point of contact for our users, you will play an integral role in building atrustingrelationship with Prodigy. You’ll also takesupportto the next level byactivelynoting and reporting recurring issues to the development team to be resolved.
Hiring Currently: Shifts: Monday through Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm. Your Impact:
  • Respondto high volume of email support requests, phone inquiries and live chats, providing an excellent experience to customers
  • Solve customer issues related to updates/new releases and notify development teams, working cross functionally to resolve them
  • Participate in regular training sessions with the team, team building events, and informal knowledge sessions
  • Improve customer experience by identifying our areas of improvement, anddrivingprojects that encompass new, innovative ideas
  • Shareheartwarmingcustomer feedback with the company
