About the Role


The Missing Link is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support person to join our rapidly growing Cyber Security team in Sydney. As part of this role, you will be supporting the national Security Sales team by providing assistance with administrative tasks related to clients that we work with.

The role offers newcomers to the cyber security industry a chance to get acquainted with Cyber Security vendors, solutions and services with a view into moving into an Insides Sales/BDM and subsequently Sales Account Management role into the future.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Work with distributors and vendors to source/refresh product quotes, create quotations and proposals
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and keep the pipeline up to date
  • Track vendor certifications and deal-registrations
  • Process and track customer orders
  • Provide excellent customer service, being responsive to customer requests via phone, email and Live Chat
  • Be analytical and able to problem solve customer queries
  • Provide sales support to the Sales Team
  • Respond to inbound leads and outbound sales development.
  • Any experience in booking meetings/appointments with ASX listed companies, private businesses and government organisations would be beneficial but not essential.

It is expected that you will be self-motivated, passionate and responsive to client and internal requirements as needed. Training on different areas pertaining to the role will be provided on the job. Whilst you will enjoy the teamwork environment, you will also relish the opportunity to work autonomously to achieve results.
