About the Job

The Missing Link is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Sydney. As part of this role, you will be supporting the national sales team by providing administrative tasks related to clients that we work with. This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to build on their early career in sales. You will be provided with ongoing support, training and development to be successful in the role.

  • Support the sales team with quote preparation on hardware, software, services and managed services
  • Liaise directly with clients, vendors and distributors, with a strong focus on customer service, responsiveness and price negotiations
  • Process purchase orders, receive deliveries, manage logistics
  • Process and track customer orders
  • Provide excellent customer service, being responsive to customer requests via phone, email and Live Chat.
  • Be analytical and able to problem solve customer queries
  • Identify and follow up on lead generation and booking meetings for the sales team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service
  • Experience dealing with distributors and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Eager to learn
