We’re looking for a Trade Accounts Coordinator to support our Trade and Commercial Team by ensuring seamless operational support that ensures an exceptional customer experience. As a Trade Accounts Coordinator at Brosa, you’ll get to:
  • Manage the end-to-end ordering process for our clients from the initial quote through to their delivery and communicating with them every step of the way
  • Ensure our partner’s orders are fulfilled flawlessly every time and go above and beyond for them throughout their customer journey
  • Assist in suggestive sales/add-ons to inquiry/quote
  • Create mood boards for some new and exciting projects
  • Coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and installation is provided to our clients
  • Upload new leads and Trade applications into Pipedrive (our CRM)
  • Stay on top of our sales channels and CRM to ensure sales are attributed to the Trade amp; Commercial Team


What you bring to the table

We don’t expect you to tick all the boxes, because we know the right person for the job will be able to learn what they need to succeed in their role.   • 2 years of customers service experience in a B2B or high touch retail environment
  • Strong sales acumen and a natural enthusiasm for following up on leads
  • Excellent at building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders alike
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organising, multi-tasking, and planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Interior design knowledge including mood board creation and the ability to learn new programs and apps easily
  • Experienced in Office Suite
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Business Management Qualification highly regarded
