Neither did we initially until we formed squads around each problem, dissected them into smaller challenges to tackle and then built the entire thing - top to bottom.
We’re a band of roughly 60 people located in the heart of Melbourne, Collingwood. We look at today’s landscape of emerging technology and build tomorrow's solutions. We solve real problems and deliver impactful experiences to humans on the other side of the screen.

Requirements
As a Junior Product Designer, you’re responsible for working with the team in designing how our products function, look, feel and evolve in order to deliver high quality, innovative digital products for our clients! You do this by working closely with your teammates, by distilling product strategies into designed solutions through a design-thinking lens. Some days you’ll be on the front-lines collaborating with clients to define the product strategy. Other times, you’ll be hands-on-tools, working with your cross-disciplinary squad to fine-tune interfaces, supporting marketing and internal Two Bulls initiatives. As a more junior team member, you will be provided a lot of support and guidance all to create an environment for you to do your life’s best work! Here is a little about you:
