Your Mission

As a Tech Delivery Lead, you'll both be supporting the technical delivery of Bud’s services to its current clients and helping to sell to and onboard new clients in the ANZ region.

You'll be working alongside a high performing team and sit side-by-side with Bud's clients, defining and mapping solution architecture, translating those plans for Bud's teams to deliver against whilst also taking on some pre-sales responsibilities.

What impact will you make

Technical delivery plays a crucial role within the business, acting as a vital link between Bud’s commercial and technical (product) teams. The role is broadly split into three main themes, as outlined below:

Project Delivery amp; Solution Architecture:

  • Scope technical proposals and workshop integration solutions for clients
  • Provide / compile technical documentation to / for clients (including API documentation)
  • Define ongoing technical requirements and translate those into a clear ‘Statement of Work’ for Bud's teams to deliver against
  • Oversee the technical delivery of Bud’s services to its clients liaising with Bud’s product teams on delivery timelines
  • Oversee the technical due diligence and security review processes as defined by Bud’s clients
  • Document amp; provide client feedback to product teams

Technical Sales

  • Support the Commercial Lead through ANZ region sales cycles
  • Act as the subject matter expert in the room regarding technical implementation of Bud’s products and services
  • Input into / review RFI/RFP responses and support client proposals

Technical Account Management

  • Day to day point of contact for technical correspondence or queries
  • Conduct quarterly technical work-stream planning
  • Input into Bud’s client account strategy identifying opportunities for up-selling, influencing our clients to utilise more of Bud’s innovative products and services
  • Gather client feedback on technical products and documentation feeding back to engineering / product teams

A bit about you - as a Technical Delivery Lead you...

  • Have a deep understanding of application, information and infrastructure architectures, such as API development and integrations
  • Have a proven track record of either: systems architecture, systems integrations, data and content migration expertise within medium to large organisations
  • Have experience in complex integration and associated best practices, preferably in a regulated environment
  • Are a master at communication - you have the ability to communicate and investigate complex ideas to non-experts with ease and eloquence;
  • Are an inherent problem solver, capable of thinking outside of the box and being creative in your approach;
  • Are confident within a client-facing role/environment;
  • Have a background in Technology, Consultancy, Banking or Tech Startups; and
  • A bachelor's degree from a leading university

  • Experience in Technical Sales to medium to large financial organisations
