As Delivery Manager - Operations you will be responsible for creating an environment that supports and enables squads to successfully deliver value for our clients in a sustainable way. You will build a culture of continuous improvement, embedding tools, techniques, and best practices.
This is an exciting, varied role which gives you a lot of autonomy to shape the direction of the project teams, leading all of the ANZ squads and allowing ownership to make changes.
You will do this by:
- Contributing to regional plan through development of effective solutions and practices.
- Developing superior solutions that deliver to customer requirements
- Driving collaboration between squads, teams and hemispheres and empowers high performance
- Reporting on utilisation and forecasting figures for the region and drives analysis and solutions to existing challenges.
What do you need?
- Experience leading Project Management teams
- Experience working with web technologies
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the application of Agile and lean approaches
- Proven capability in contributing to the strategic direction of an organisation or department
- Extensive experience in program or product or project management and resource management, with the ability to manage multiple squads or teams concurrently
- Excellent communication at all levels including team level and higher management
