Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking a Voids Technician to join the Mining Open Pits Department at the Superpit in Kalgoorlie.
The Technical Mining Team manages the many layers of remnant mining from the historical Golden Mile Miners, leaving underground Voids within the Fimiston Superpit.
In this residential position, the successful incumbent will ensure that systems and procedures are in place to identify void areas to ensure that the hazards associated with remnant mining are managed, ensuring work is completed in a safe manner, as efficiently possible.
