- Strong Citrix - Virtual Apps and Desktop experience
- Windows Server and Active Directory experience
- MS SQL Server
- MS Azure
- 0ffice 365
- SCCM
- Intune
- Skype
- Establishing good relationships with customers and staff; building effective external networks. Relates to people of all levels and manages conflict effectively
- Applies specialist and detailed technical expertise and shares knowledge with others
- Work productively in a high-pressure environment, keeping emotions under control and maintaining a positive outlook
