About the Role
We are seeking an experienced seller to join our team as a Major Accounts Customer Success Consultant with a proactive customer focused mindset. You will work within a collaborative, passionate team who assumes ownership for driving commercial growth within key accounts and ensuring our customers are optimising the market leading solutions and capabilities available within the Phocas software suite.

About You
Ideally, you will be degree qualified with at least 3 years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles, and desirable if you have had exposure to strategic/key customers. Experience in a SaaS environment as well as technical aptitude are essential for success. You will have a proven track record of achieving results and be able to articulate your solution sales experience to influence business and operational initiatives across key accounts.
You will have a natural energy that gets stuff done, and be driven to achieve targets, while operating in a high performing culture.
