About the Role

We are seeking an experienced seller to join our team as a Major Accounts Customer Success Consultant with a proactive customer focused mindset. You will work within a collaborative, passionate team who assumes ownership for driving commercial growth within key accounts and ensuring our customers are optimising the market leading solutions and capabilities available within the Phocas software suite.

This role will see you:

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans, to further grow customers value from their investment
  • Proactively drive initiatives in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all company products
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of targets
  • Establishing and strengthening relationships with decision makers for current and potential major account customers; earning trusted advisor status with all levels of the organisation through a collaborative and consultative approach
  • Identifying, and speaking professionally and intelligently about new business opportunities by understanding customer needs
  • Applying your technical knowledge in BI / Software to assist with customer enquiries
  • Handling commercial or account enquires to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining knowledge of competitors in order to strategically position Phocas’ solutions better
  • Conducting training sessions on Phocas for clients (as required)
  • Establishing strong professional networks which may include attending trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

About You

Ideally, you will be degree qualified with at least 3 years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles, and desirable if you have had exposure to strategic/key customers. Experience in a SaaS environment as well as technical aptitude are essential for success. You will have a proven track record of achieving results and be able to articulate your solution sales experience to influence business and operational initiatives across key accounts.

You will have a natural energy that gets stuff done, and be driven to achieve targets, while operating in a high performing culture.
