Our small and very busy Pamp;C team is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to help us deliver value to the business we support. Under the direction of the Manager - People and Culture, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing employment contracts and letters of offer for new staff
- Onboarding new staff
- Conducting HR tasks such as staff induction and exit interviews
- Administering our HRIS, ensuring employee data is up to date and accurate
- Administering employee letters
- Providing HR assistance to line managers, under the direction of the Manager - Pamp;C
- Other administrative duties as directed
Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and organised HR professional with the following background:
- Previous experience (2+ years as a guide) in an HR practitioner position
- Competent with IT applications such as MS Word, MS Excel etc.
- High level attention to detail
- Drive and ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, fluid environment
- Ability to liaise and communicate confidently with employees across the business
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information
- Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities
- Any prior experience working within an IT organisation would be an advantage but not mandatory
