As part of an incubation team the Marketing Manager role will help us build a repeatable and scalable model that will deliver incredible value to all existing stakeholders. We will do this by opening up our platform so that content creators can leverage our technology to reach their customer.

About the Role

**This is a Brisbane-based position. Please only apply if you are able to interview, work and live locally within the next 4 weeks whilst considering the current restrictions on interstate travel.

In this role you will maintain and support the business IT systems while assisting all Go1 staff with any IT related issues and queries through strong problem solving and relationship building abilities. You will also manage all IT assets, ensure all machines are deployed with up-to-date SOEs and assist with project delivery as and when required. You will have the opportunity to work in a small but global and supportive IT function where you can grow your skills and be a part of a rapidly expanding Australia-made business!

Requirements

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support all Go1 staff with technical issues and enquiries in the office and remotely.
  • Meet internal SLA’s for responding and resolving reported issues and service requests
  • Track business IT issues and report on type and severity
  • Manage identity, accounts and access to systems for Go1 staff
  • Monitor and manage the network at all Go1 offices
  • Manage all IT hardware assets amp; software licensing for Go1 staff
  • Liaise with software and hardware vendors regarding procurement, licensing amp; support
  • Manage and maintain IT conference equipment
  • Manage and maintain security systems (cameras and door systems)
  • Monitor and improve upon our IT security
  • Create and maintain IT documentation
  • Create and maintain documentation to allow staff to self-support general issues

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows and Mac Desktop environments
  • Experience providing remote support
  • Experience managing Office 365 deployment (users/roles/permissions)
  • Tracking and managing IT assets
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to solve problems you haven’t encountered before
  • Always willing to learn a new product
  • Excellent communication skills - can work with both technical and non-technical users
