About the Role
Go1 is the largest e-learning provider in the world on an impressive growth trajectory. We are in search of a Content Partner Success Manager to drive strategic value for the organisation by building and designing processes that support the overall Content Partner lifecycle, from lead through to retention. This role will also carry some management and onboarding of our top tier Content Partners in the region. The role will be responsible for delivering success for both Go1 and its Content Partners by securing long term commercial agreements and ensuring we have a scalable management, support and enablement model.
Success in this role would mean that Go1 has built a competitive moat and that our Partners are dedicated to working with Go1, providing us with full access to their libraries that have regular updates. This would result in Go1 being able to continue to scale getting us closer to our goal of reaching 1 billion learners.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Overall account management for the book of partners under management
- Manage internal GO1 stakeholders to guide partners through the enablement process
- Work collaboratively with other parts of the partner function to drive success
- Work with distribution partners to enable GO1 ARR from these partners and generate consistent leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership, sales, marketing or business development
- Existing relationships / strong network within the HRIS/LMS/SaaS Technology industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills (listening, explanatory, persuasion, negotiation)?
- Good knowledge of or experience with CRM and reporting tools
- High ability to empathize and be able to communicate to all levels of the business, on the phone, email, chat, and in person?
- An ability to open and convert sales/upsell opportunities with partners
- Experience in contract negotiation
