And, as such
We're looking for a Head of Paid Search (Google AdWords, PPC, SEM) that is hungry to lead a team of bright individuals and drive the success of our paid search clients.

You will be a proactive leader, you will assist in developing department processes and implementing strategies to ensure your team is supported and achieving department KPIs.
You will be responsible for identifying, implementing and updating training and development opportunities for the Paid Search team. You will be responsible for managing the department’s incoming workload and distributing the responsibilities accordingly.
In addition, you will manage your own portfolio of clients because we believe it's important to remain on the tools as a specialist. You will be responsible for managing client’s pay-per-click campaigns (Google AdWords amp; YouTube Ads) from the build to management phase. Your work will focus on driving the maximum number of conversions at the lowest acquisition cost possible to ensure maximum ROI for the client.
This role has minimal client-facing time, our Account Management team takes the lead in communicating with and educating our clients, leaving you to focus on building, optimising and managing paid search campaigns.
