Job Description

What will you do in the role?

  • Lead the charge for new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads and arranging meetings between (prospective) clients and Nodes amp; Links' Account Executives
  • To reach out to potential customers you will leverage LinkedIn, email and phone outreach campaigns, amongst other approaches. You will be creative in how you design your approaches, and methodical in how you execute
  • To qualify leads you will be responsible for initial communication where you will identify customer needs, evaluate the sales opportunity, and map the landscape of required stakeholders. You will be able to separate the leads you generate into buckets for conversion
  • In arranging meetings, you will agree times, attendees and partner with the Account Executives to agree an agenda
  • During the meeting you will take notes and actions, which you and the Account Executives will use to refine your approaches. Your improvement goals are to improve the quality and quantity of leads
  • Success in the role is when you generate a constant and stable pipeline of qualified business for the wider sales team to close. You will see your impact daily

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 12+ months in SaaS sales or related experience;
  • Experience using CRM software;
  • Passion for efficiency and meticulous attention to detail;
  • The capacity to understand customer needs and collaboratively problem-solve.
  • Natural people person with strong English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Highly organised self-starter who gets things done
