FY21 was a very big year across our Treehouses; having doubled headcount, launching new product ranges and a new office in Korea and we’re just getting started! Thus, we are looking for additional admin support for our People amp; Culture team generally, and this role will have a heavy focus on recruitment coordination to start. Requirements

Key responsibilities

End to end, high-volume recruitment support, including sourcing, CV screening and interview scheduling through to reference checks

Support with continual talent searches and pipelining to support our planned growth

Recruitment process optimisation; including organisation of internal resources and the ATS for more accurate tracking, reporting and measurement

Coordinate interviews across multiple departments at a fast pace, engaging with relevant stakeholders across the business

Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team on projects and support with research, presentations decks and documentation

Networking and relationship building to strengthen Koala’s employer brand and build talent pipelines

Internal management of stakeholders in talent acquisition partnerships

Support the Talent Acquisition team to create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process

Assist the fortnightly onboarding and induction sessions face to face and virtually for new hires, including surprise amp; delight logistics

Create surveys using Culture Amp for follow-up communications for both the Pamp;C team and wider business

Creatively design employer branding templates using Canva/Photoshop for internal and external communications

Ideal background

To be considered for this role you must have 1-2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably end to end recruitment across a broad range of roles. More than anything you must be an ambassador of the Koala kulture - this means you embody our values of being ambitious, curious and selfless. You’re humble yet driven, not afraid to get your hands dirty and you genuinely care about people and our planet.

Familiarity with an ATS and GSuite preferable, and bonus if you can pick up new HR technology quickly (such as Bamboo, Culture Amp, Enboarder)

Have an eye for design or are keen to dive deep into the world of Canva and Photoshop!

Google Slides presentations extraordinaire; with a flair and knack for creating decks quickly and to aesthetic perfection

Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, solutions-focused and flexible work style with high attention to detail

Work calmly under pressure whilst being adaptable to pivot priorities on short notice
