About the role
Datacom People and Culture team is looking for a Remuneration Analyst permanent role to assist with various aspects of remuneration and benefits.
The role will give you the opportunity to be involved in compensation system implementation, supporting all aspects of remuneration and benefits including a number of major projects, and working with key stakeholders cross all parts of the business and the broader People and Culture team.

As this is a fast paced and dynamic role, you’ll possess the ability to be adaptable, work well under pressure and have the capacity to meet deadlines consistently. As well as being a great team player and a positive energetic individual, you will also have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in remuneration within a medium to large corporate setting: consulting and advice, benchmarking, salary and incentive reviews, and salary survey participation
- A strong attention to detail is essential
- Working knowledge of employment regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High competency with using Microsoft office suite especially Excel to assist your highly developed analytical skills
- Adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Client focused with strong delivery approach
