Job Description

We're looking for a creatively minded Mid Weight Developer

Background

Working with design and branding studios, small agencies and select direct clients, Bone Digital operates in the thick of the creative services sector in Melbourne from their Cremorne based office. Being a boutique, high quality, value-based, low risk service provider to the sector is Bone’s reason for being.

Bone has curated their work environment to create a happy, light-filled, comfortable and energetic space for the directors, their staff, a dog named Poppy and a selection of healthy indoor plants.

Bone’s client list is growing steadily, and we’re on the look out for a Mid Weight Developer to join the team to assist us in delivering highly crafted digital experiences for our customers.

The Position

This role is being offered to increase Bone Digital’s capacity and work with the development team and digital producers to create outstanding digital experiences for their clients, and provide ongoing support for these projects after they’ve gone live.

This position has been prepared with a flexible approach to the role duties and responsibilities, and it is anticipated that the Mid Weight Developer will adapt as and when required to fulfil the needs of various projects.

The digital marketing and communications space is an ever-changing field, so Bone Digital continuously adapts to stay up to date. The Mid Weight Developer will be constantly learning, changing and adapting.

This role reports to the Development Lead. Day to day management and allocation of tasks will come from the Digital Producer, Hannah Constantine.

This role will be in our Cremorne office (as Government legislation permits), at home or a mix of both ongoing. This is a permanent, full time role for the right team player.
