Senior Property Manager

You will be an enthusiastic, driven and experienced Property Manager looking to partner with an established brand long term and bring industry knowledge to this collaborative team.

This position works Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) with no requirement for Saturday work.

Working with a high-end portfolio, you will build trust with clients and provide superior end to end management of their properties.

Responsibilities will include:

• End to end management of the current portfolio;
• Troubleshoot matters, prepare for and attend QCAT where required;
• Provide on-the-ground direction, guidance, and training to junior team members;
• Meet monthly KPI's;
• Remain current with legislation; and
• Contribute to the review and implementation of business improvement opportunities alongside the team.

Place Kangaroo Point have an established BDM and Leasing Agent so this position will not be required to seek new business opportunities or conducting re-lets.

Requirements

You will bring:

• Experience working in a property management position (3+ years);
• Strong technical competency and a passion for systems (PropertyMe knowledge preferred);
• A current registration certificate, driver’s licence and suitable vehicle;
• A positive mindset, always seeking opportunities for the betterment of the team; and
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
