Your role
The Marketing Operations Manager creates, implements and oversees marketing programs that effectively describe, promote and grow Contino in APAC. This role will support all functions within Contino, with emphasis on Sales, Talent and PeopleOps, and is specifically focused on the local ownership of marketing technology (Marketo and its integration with Salesforce) as well as campaign and lead management, performance measurement and execution of digital and traditional marketing processes and initiatives.
This hands-on role is responsible for our marketing ecosystem, managing all operational aspects of our marketing activities to make them efficient, dynamic and cost-effective. This includes running the marketing automation tools in the APAC region, developing lead nurturing programs, managing our lead scoring program, building attribution models as well as creating and driving creative, measurable digital and traditional marketing communications campaigns. Key skills include a deep understanding of execution of a marketing plan, meticulous planning skills, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure. The role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing tactics - both traditional and digital, as well as paid and earned - to help ensure audience engagement and ROI.
The position holder will be part of the APAC Marketing team, as well as an integral member of Contino’s Global Marketing team.
