What you’ll be doing
Our Customer Success Delivery Executive will ensure our clients have a first class experience, minimising customer churn rate and up-selling our products wherever possible. You will be responsible for:
- Building and managing client relationships across Enterprise amp; Mid-tier accounts
- Executing customer change management process
- Demonstrate experience in driving continuous improvement for innovation, best practice, process improvement.
- Share customer learning and the specifics of Archistar Customers to internal stakeholders. Become the internal expert for our Archistar Customers’ needs
- Retain and grow existing accounts by proactively uncovering new opportunities.
- Creation and maintenance of Success Plans for portfolio of accounts
Requirements
- Prove experience in property related and/ or construction businesses.
- Strong customer management and communication skills (verbal and written)
- A history in driving customer advocacy, project management and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong business acumen
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Real Estate, Construction and Architectural related background
- Preference for experience in home building industry, although not essential
