About the Role
This position will lead and be responsible for the performance, growth, development, management and financial sustainability of our Hybrid Compute portfolio. This role is a key strategic role in order for Datacom Cloud to drive value and revenue growth in Australia. The Product Manager will own the end to end experience for our compute (Hybrid) portfolio products across ANZ. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take control of a very important part of Datacom Cloud’s portfolio and drive growth and customer engagement in the Australian Marketplace. What you’ll bring
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Ability to manage issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organisational objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategic programs when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Prevents erroneous decisions to avoid critical delay(s) in schedules and/or unit operations that may jeopardise overall business activities.
- Proven negotiating and collaboration skills with the aptitude to ensure win/win situations for all parties.
- Ability to turn technical complexity into customer speak.

Responsibilities
- Provide product thought leadership, direction and inspiration across the business and team
- Own all aspects of Product Management associated with your assigned Product Portfolios
- Promote Product Management and alignment to Datacom’s Product Lifecycle Framework across Cloud Products and beyond
- Co-define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities with the Product amp; Portfolio Manager and wider agile squad
- Tightly control and manage all product financials to ensure funds are prudently allocated to maximise the rapid return on investment.
- Work cross functionally with the Innovation/Digital Manager/s to take new products to market
- Excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Strong consultative and planning skills.
- Agile methodologies amp; practices for product execution. Effective servant leadership skills to bring teams together.
