Brosa is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst to join our Operations team, You will be responsible for developing and delivering reporting and actionable insights for the operations team to drive performance improvements to meet our efficiency and customer experience goals.

You are a problem solver at heart who enjoys dissecting systems, understanding the drivers that influence outcomes, and identifying solutions that maximise impact. You are adaptable, comfortable with multitasking, and have a get in and get it done attitude. Building relationships with a wide range of people comes naturally and you enjoy healthy questioning of the status quo in the pursuit of continuous improvement.

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst at Brosa, you’ll get to:
  • Develop and deliver operational reporting with actionable insights for improvement opportunities in our operations
  • Deliver data visualisation that drives impact via creating meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Design and lead new operational initiatives that improve the flow of merchandise and/or reduce the cost for our supply chain
  • Identify bottlenecks and prioritise improvements in our supply chain software and technology stack
  • Work in partnership with our operations and software engineering teams to design and implement new workflows that enable us to achieve efficiency and customer experience targets.
  • Facilitate training and deliver informative and inspiring content that empowers operations teams to manage their key performance drivers and achieve targets.
  • Contribute to new strategic initiatives across the operations team.
  • Effectively use written, verbal, and visual communication to facilitate discussion and share ideas
  • Help maintain an awesome team culture and contribute towards a collective mindset of problem solving and resourcefulness.


What you bring to the table

  • At least 1-3 years’ experience working within supply chain operations, improvement, or analytics (FMCG experience is highly regarded)
  • A high level of computer literacy including expertise in MS Office Suite, Google Office Suite and business intelligence and analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present key information in a clear, concise manner
  • Demonstrated experience building and presenting operational reports amp; dashboards
  • Demonstrated experience building and presenting data model insights
  • Experience with business process and change management
  • Exposure or experience working within a warehouse/DC environment is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and logical driven approach to problem solving
  • Strong relationship building skills with key stakeholders to support ideas and initiatives
