Cape Mentelle Vineyard is proud to be one of Margaret River’s ‘founding’ wineries. Our winery has pioneered many of the region’s renowned wine styles and today is a benchmark for the quality of the region’s wines. Vintage at Cape Mentelle
Each year, Cape Mentelle builds a team of exceptionally skilled Vineyard Hands from various backgrounds to bring their dedication and knowledge to support us with the year’s harvest. We provide comprehensive training, a social amp; and collaborative work structure and broad work tasks to allow you to immerse yourself and build an intimate understanding of vineyard processes. You will have direct access to our viticulturists and ability to build your professional networks with staff from around the world.
During the harvest period, you may be required work shifts of up to 12 hours in length and up to 6 days per week.
