About the role
Rokt is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to own the technical execution of our Identity and Attribution products. You will be working closely with some of the best data engineers in Australia to build the products and systems that form the backbone of Rokt's product suite.
The development and maintenance of a deep customer profile is core to Rokt's value proposition, and the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring we continue to build on these profiles while balancing the ever-evolving needs of our Clients, Regulatory Bodies, and the End Customer. This is a dynamic and highly leveraged role that will allow for your blend of technical expertise and business acumen to unlock massive value for the global Ecommerce ecosystem.

This role provides a great opportunity to be the custodian of a core component of Rokt’s technology and in an environment you can develop as a Senior Product Manager.
Outcomes amp; responsibilities
- Engage with internal client-facing teams and Data SME (subject matter expert) to understand stakeholders' needs and customer requirements. Articulate and structure problem spaces for Rokt’s Identity systems, identifying solutions and taking ownership of deliverables
- Develop clear product specifications for the optimization systems developed
- Management of product delivery for features including backlog management, crisp jira stories and prioritisation
- Plan and manage go-to-market processes new Identity features
- An active member of the broader product team, engaged in broader discussion and team building activities
Capabilities amp; requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Economics or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong emphasis on Delivery/Execution
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Comfortable working closely with Senior Data Engineers
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, conduct relevant analysis, and evaluate and recommend solutions
- A great team player, positively contributing to the product team and culture
Preferred
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a data product is advantageous
- Existing knowledge in e-commerce/internet technologies is desirable
- Some knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability is also advantageous
