The Global Marketing division of the LEAP Group of companies is responsible for releasing new product innovations to local marketing teams, launching our products in new markets, assisting third party integrated products as well as starting up new innovations, franchisees, and acquisitions with world class Marketing functions.
With a renewed focus on Digital Marketing, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Programs Marketing Manager with exceptional project and stakeholder management experience to be the liaison between our digital agency, global and local marketing teams.
You will have complete oversight on all digital programs across our multiple brands and countries, strategising with our digital agency, collecting all elements needed for campaign executions and reporting ROI to the Global CMO and Executive Chairman of these campaigns.

Requirements
- Work with our digital agency to strategise how to increase online lead conversions
- Collaborate with local and global marketing resources to develop elements needed for digital campaigns
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for content and creative sign-off
- Implement technical changes with internal developers
- Gather data from internal stakeholders to assist with measuring how our digital marketing projects are tracking
- Own and monitor budgets and ROI with our digital agency
- Report insights and solutions to the CMO and Executive Chairman with our digital agency on a weekly basis

- Experience in a similar role, working in or with a digital agency
- Expert knowledge of all digital marketing channels
- Proven ability to evaluate growth opportunities with local markets amp; agency
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, basic SEO (Keywords, Meta Data, Internal Links) and paid media: PPC, Display, Social
- Applied learning assimilating and applying new job-related information in a timely manner
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in a similar role, working in or with a digital agency
- Expert knowledge of all digital marketing channels
