To continue our exponential growth, we are adding some more management power to our Engineering teams. As a Manager of Regulatory Compliance and Riskat Prodigy, we would be looking for you to lead Prodigy's implementation of our ISO 27001 compliance program and act as a key player in the cyber security team.Your Impact:
- You will lead the implementation of an ISO 27001 based ISMS program and governance at Prodigy Education
- You will lead the creation of policies and procedures
- You will construct and operationalize an internal audit system
- Develop andimplement IT risk management strategies and registerto ensure thorough and robust processes are in place to monitor, evaluate and manage information technology risks across the enterprise
- Communicate analysis results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Compliance mapping and maintaining controls on frameworks and other regulations relevant to Prodigy
- Represent Prodigy Education at external audit engagements, including our annual ISO audits
- Your leadership will enable Prodigy employees to follow the security best practices
- Prodigy will look to you to bridge communication gaps between multiple cross-functional product and technology teams like Product, Art, UX amp; Design, Development, and QA
- Develop and Support business areas in complying with applicable laws and regulations, internal policies, processes and procedures
- Provide guidance and act as a subject matter expertise regarding information technology risks and mitigation planning to stakeholders across the organization
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance in a large company
- Have successfully implemented an ISO 27001 ISMS program and understand the nuances and challenges that come along with this work
- 2-3 years of experience managing a ISMS program
- 2-3 years experience with privacy compliance including GDPR, CCPA andPIPEDIA
- Have your CISA or ISO Lead Auditor designation
- Able to multitask and work under pressure against tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Results-oriented with a proactive and methodical approach to problem-solving
- A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role
- Must be a team player with the ability to work closely with diverse groups and working styles
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective business relationship
