To continue to secure our place in the market and offer an exceptional experience to our customers, we are looking to add a part-time (3 days a week) Product Copywriter to our talented team. Working between Growth and Product Teams, you will be ensuring that our Knowledge Base is up to scratch and developing content that enables Matrak’s end-use customers to self-support and self-onboard.
This role is also the carrier of the Matrak brand identity and will ensure our product marketing content presents our brand in an accurate and compelling way. As time goes by, you will become the subject matter expert on our buyer personas and build a deep understanding of the end-user experience.
Requirements
You are a strong creative writer but also have a data-driven approach to creating content. You enjoy technical writing but can still maintain brand standards and tone. A bit of a unicorn to be honest.
