Bigtincan is an AI-powered Sales Enablement Automation Platform that adapts to a customer’s sales process, delivering the right content for selling, training, and coaching at scale across all devices.

Since the company’s inception in Australia in 2011, Bigtincan has expanded globally to include the US, the UK and Denmark. The company is growing its People and Culture team situated in the heart of Sydney CBD, and is seeking an experienced People and Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team.

More about the role

Due to our growth we have created a new People amp; Talent Acquisition Partner based in Sydney with ownership across APAC and beyond to build our talent brand and attract and retain great people. You will join us in the Global People amp; Culture team as we transition through different stages of scaling, to profitability and beyond. There is plenty to do and a great opportunity for you to have a huge impact on our business.

We are looking for someone to attract, hire, manage on-boarding and drive best practice with the global talent acquisition team. Working with our leaders, and our teams so that they can be their best selves.


Some key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

Key to success is the sourcing of Talent to the team and we want you to find the best people for Bigtincan to grow the team's success.

  • Workforce planning and resource prioritisation. Collaboratively enabling the teams to proactively work on their resourcing needs, and understanding of the Total Addressable Market (TAM), career growth and talent strategies.
  • Employee Value Proposition and Branding - Work with the People amp; Culture team to market the employment brand and manage the external EVP communications. To build the brand and attract the right people.
  • Recruitment - From scoping job requirements, helping leaders to write job descriptions, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates and hiring then into Bigtincan,
  • Candidate experience - You will design the experience and processes to ensure candidates and hiring managers can effectively engage.
  • Talent Analytics - reviewing leading and lagging performance measures (currently Workable) and introducing and leading best practice for sourcing the right candidates for Bigtincan.

People Experience

  • On-boarding employees - Manage a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience, paying attention to the details, and setting our people up for success.
  • Embedding Bigtincan culture. Partner with the business to drive not just the conversation but the processes and procedures and leadership that embeds it.

Operation and talent management

  • Work with the People and Culture team to build global consistency and local requirements in our people operations and talent management strategy, processes, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and drive best practices for the region.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a successful track record of hiring talent, preferably in a Tech/SaaS environment.
  • Self-drive; you are independent, highly motivated to drive to results. And you love what you do, passionate about truly understanding the business needs, and finding the best talent so that people can thrive.
  • You have project management skills and have learned to focus on what matters.
  • You are adaptable and can juggle many priorities at the same time, keeping the balance of pace and quality.
  • You are creative and resourceful in finding the right talent, not reliant on a brand or one tool to source. You are aware of how to connect with talent through various sourcing opportunities and know what to leverage when.
  • You can influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders and bring people with you to solve business problems together.
