The Position
What is a Support Worker I hear you ask? As a Support Worker you will provide assistance to people with a disability enabling them to achieve their goals, increase their independence and participate in community life.
Melba is growing, and we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced support workers to join our enthusiastic team in Ballarat as a DDSO2A.
You will be considered a skilled and experienced member of your team with both direct support work responsibilities and practice support amp; supervision of other team members.
