Job Description
efm Warehousing are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing 3PL Warehousing company.
Reporting through to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is primarily involved in the day-to-day handling of Inwards Goods ensuring accurate, on time receipt and put away. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an Inwards Good/Receiving position and will have a common-sense approach, excellent attention to detail and level of accuracy.
Requirements
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensuring all orders and inbound receipts are processed accurately and on time to meet business and customer KPI's
- Receiving Purchase Orders and creating warehouse SSCC labels for scanning away into locations
- Checking off stock for accuracy and matching to delivery paperwork.
- Processing orders through the WMS system and create freight labels
- Applying Labels to Pallets for Forklift drivers to then process into the racks
- Develop a proactive approach to completion of daily operations that encourages teamwork, co-operation and positive communication
- Ensure OHamp;S and quality standards and procedures are maintained.
To be successful for this role you will have:
- Previous experience in coordinating Inwards Goods/Receiving.
- Demonstrated experience working in a warehousing and distribution environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intermediate computer skills MS Word, Excel etc.
- An excellent can-do attitude and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fast and forward-thinking approach.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Experience using the Wise WMS platform or OneFlo would be advantageous.
- Punctual and reliable with stable transport arrangements to get to and from work.
