About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest from outstanding Cybersecurity Account Managers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing Cybersecurity services to our customers. This multifaceted role is aimed at a Cybersecurity Consultant who wishes to get more involved in customer engagement, service delivery and growth. It therefore requires a mix of specialist security skills and experience, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will need to work closely with your clients to build trusting relationships.

What you’ll do

You’ll understand the cybersecurity posture of your clients, the services that Datacom deliver to them, and be ultimately responsible for the success of those services. You will work with the customer and Datacom team to improve the customers cybersecurity posture, as well as how services could be improved, expanded or further developed in this regard.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Provide oversight of Datacom’s cybersecurity services delivery including cybersecurity operations (SOC) and cybersecurity advisory (CAP) services to your assigned customers
  • Be responsible for reporting of daily, weekly and monthly service summaries
  • Provide problem ownership and management of significant issues
  • Be a conduit for information to and from the customer, Datacom and various 3rd Parties
  • Ensure compliance to commercial agreements
  • Be the cybersecurity Incident Manager for the customer.

What you’ll bring

  • Solid experience in cybersecurity and a sound understanding of Information Security Principles, Governance, Risk, Polices and Standards
  • Consultative client facing background and the ability to present, translate and articulate a technical subject matter
  • The interpersonal skills to fit into a professional services environment and to build trusted relationships with a diverse range of teams and clients
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving capability with the assertiveness to resolve conflict
  • You'll have close client relationships and be seen as a trusted advisor
