We are a growing Trust-Based Sales Coaching company based in Sydney, Australia with a fast-paced and ever-changing remote work environment with diverse cultural backgrounds. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager with an eye for digital design to join our team. We have been mostly offline for many years, with a large following and loyal subscriber base but now, it's time to share our message with the world through social media.
This new role is a part-time opportunity with the room to turn full-time as we continue to grow. We don’t hold you accountable for simply doing the work, but rather for the results you create. Your main goal is to manage multiple marketing projects with the creation of written and visual marketing assets from a team of in-house freelancers, to ensure deadlines are met and quality control is at the highest level possible.
It is expected that you have some experience in direct response marketing, meaning you have created lead generation funnels, have some experience with pay per click ads or LinkedIn marketing, understand the core components and layout of a landing page, have written or know what would be considered an effective email series to have recipients engage with the conten.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working directly with our Director of Marketing who is managing a group of private consulting clients providing marketing services
- You will be his marketing project management / quality control person, making sure all of the services that he has promised to our clients are getting done every day by our team
- You’ll be checking deadlines, reviewing the assets being created, looking for areas of improvement and making sure they are 100% ready to go by the deadline
- You won’t be creating any assets, but you’ll be reviewing all of them before they get to the client (web pages, landing pages, brochures, written emails, CRM process, etc)
- You’ll need to have a sharp eye as to what is good and bad marketing
- Your super-power and passion is going deep into the details, working within our project management system and combing through each step of each project, every day, to make sure everything is being produced on tim
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years marketing project management experience
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
