The Role
This role is a permanent opportunity for an analyst to join a growing team. This role will provide the successful applicant the chance to develop their knowledge of varying business systems and applications whilst engaging with the business at all levels. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for providing application development and support services across all of InLife’s systems, applications and services.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support and technical capability to a range of applications and services
- Defining application problem and evaluating procedures and processes
- Interpret user requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Developing solution by preparing and evaluating alternative solutions
- Validating results by testing programs and systems
- Take ownership for the identification, diagnosis and resolution of application related incidents in the business area of responsibility
- Work in an Agile team to deliver high value work to achieve enterprise strategies
Requirements
To be successful you’ll have
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in similar role
- Excellent understanding of related technology, infrastructure and associated technology
- Understanding of software development processes including Agile
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise, proactively identify and mitigate risks and proven ability to multi-task
- Experience using a ticketing system like JIRA, Confluence
