We are seeking experienced Account Managers to manage the commercial relationship and drive new sales within some of our key Victorian accounts. This role provides an opportunity to work with an excellent portfolio of accounts, with the backing of a strong pre and post sales technical delivery team.

Primary responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Identification (and closure) of Sales Opportunities within your portfolio
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Facilitate regular Strategy Sessions with customers
  • Work closely with Service Delivery Managers to ensure that all parts of the business are aligned to deliver excellence to the client.


Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced Account Manager who is adept at building strong business relationships with senior client stakeholders, including at the C Level. You must have a proven track record in IT sales/account management, ideally with a systems integrator / managed services provider.

You will need a number of key skills to be able to excel in this role, including:

  • A consultative sales approach
  • An understanding of IT and technology
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
