The Position
Melba are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support a HR Business Partner and local management team in the Southern region of Melba. You will be the first point of contact for HR related queries and issues raised by staff, as well as assist with and coordinate a range of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development and well-being. This is a fixed term, job share arrangement where you will work two days per week until the end of December 2022.
Our Ideal Candidate:
You are an experienced all-rounder, who is highly flexible, a quick learner with strong attention to detail and you pride yourself on providing exceptional service and support to stakeholders and staff. You are approachable and engaging with all that you interact with, backed by your strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous exposure to the disability or community sector will be valued.
