We're on the hunt for a customer-centric marketeer! This is an initial 9-month mat leave contract, with potential to go permanent.
As our Customer Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead on all customer marketing campaigns, from email marketing activities to in-platform messaging. You'll be a true customer champion, crafting personalised customer journeys and delivering world-class Net Promoter Scores.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Customer Marketing to develop a world class customer marketing function for Employment Hero
- Be the customer champion for the marketing team!
- Manage end-to-end email marketing activities including: template development, briefing, editing, campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tracking and execution of dynamic content campaigns
- Drive a world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) in all of our international markets
- Work with the sales team to drive additional ARR from our customers by ensuring they are getting the most value out of our full product set
- Work with MarketingOps and other teams to execute personalised customer journeys - delivering the right proposition, at the right time, using the right channel!
- Partner with our Professional Services and Customer Success teams to deliver a world-class customer experience (throughout the implementation process and once they become a customer)
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced, B2B industry (hello tech, SaaS, and startups!)
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful CRM/customer marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM management platforms, especially Marketo and Salesforce
- Demonstrable experience setting up marketing automations and workflows
- Strong communication and analytical skills
