The Opportunity:
VHS is seeking a Social Production Manager to evaluate, update and restructure our social media presence and marketing growth. Using your production and social media expertises to maximize the viewing on all social platforms including Twitter, Tiktok, Twitch, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook and any other newly emerging platforms.

About You:
You are a creative forward thinking social media entrepreneurial. You have the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best approach is selected and is aligned to organisational goals by creating daily content using video and other communicational means to promote our current projects. You can quickly troubleshoot and correct audio or visual problems to ensure proper quality is achieved. You have a passion for gaming and game design.As this role sits within a globally distributed team, you have the flexibility and a strong work ethic required to work across multiple time zones along with a good internet connection at all times.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in creating and editing professional video/audio materials and digital photography in a Corporate or agency environment;
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing, with ability to create new content, making existing content more successful, SEO, A/B tests, performance improvements and professional popup campaigns;
- Proficient with video creation tools - Adobe Creative Suite, graphic software, and audio editing software;
- Experience with Final Cut Pro or AVID editing software preferred;
- Experience with lighting for photography and video;
- Experience with DSLR and prosumer camera equipment.
- Knowledge of post-production process from script to screen;
- A proven influencer status social media presence (either professional or personal)
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with multiple deadlines;
- Able to operate all video equipment such as cameras, microphones, teleprompter, audio/sound and editing equipment;
- Ability to work with highly distributed team, requiring flexibility in schedule;
- Highly accountable, display clear ownership of the work at hand and setting clear expectations with stakeholders;
- Understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics and game design;
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
- Open-minded to new ideas with a mindset of learning and innovation.
Preferred qualifications (but not essential)
- Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Multimedia Production, Digital Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
