We are looking for a process-driven Web Business Analyst with a hunger to get their hands dirty, problem-solve and build solutions for a variety of technical web projects. In short, a switched-on digital assassin who is ready to help us achieve world domination.
You will be responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of scopes and technical requirements on a wide variety of web projects, including landing pages, sales funnels and websites, in an extremely fast-paced digital environment. You will also analyse and build email sales funnels and automations for clients while helping the team to improve efficiency in every way possible. Your love for developing repeatable processes and finding efficiencies everywhere, and your keen ear for detecting customer requirements, will be a massive benefit in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new business analyst with a web development background who wishes to gain more experience in the digital business analyst world.
- Support the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team in developing project scope for a variety of web projects.
- Work with stakeholders to understand project objectives, elicit requirements, and translate objectives into functional and technical requirements for use by technical project resources.
- Develop wireframes and other supporting documentation to aid in the clear and concise communication of requirements.
- Assist the Digital Projects and Web Development teams in generating standard requirements, documentation, and test plans for common project types.
- Understand and articulate the impact of scope changes throughout the life cycle of projects.
- Act as the liaison between the Digital Projects and Web Development team resources during the build and test phases of web projects to ensure quality.
- Support the Digital Projects team in quoting web projects.
- Assist the Digital Projects team with scheduling projects and resource management.
- Build and analyse email sales funnels using Active Campaign, Hubspot and Keap.
- Hacking time by implementing process improvements across the department

Requirements
- At least one year of proven experience as a business analyst working on digital projects (web projects preferred).
- Knowledge of website architecture.
- Knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify platform a MUST.
- Understanding of CRM platforms Active Campaign, Hubspot or Keap preferable.
- Understanding of best practices in digital development.
- Meticulous documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities a must.
- Excellent organisational skills
