What is the opportunity on offer?

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Peugeot and Citroen Retail team for an enthusiastic, organised and customer driven Service Manager to join our Peugeot and Citroen Service Centre, based at Alexandria.

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and ensuring the delivery of high-quality workmanship of a small technical team, as well as:

  • Creating and implementing strategies to ensure your team meets targets set to maximise productivity, efficiency, profitability, and performance
  • Leading in customer experience and striving towards an improved Google Review rating by providing regular and effective updates to customers at every stage of the process and deliver on all promises made during the service process
  • Ensuring a high-performance culture is sustained, where your team are supported to succeed, and recognised for that success, through effective teamwork and personal accountability
  • You lead, support, and ensure the effective implementation of all agreed new initiatives that change and improve the way we do business
