Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Clerk to join our team. We are looking for someone who has strong administration skills, a keen desire to learn.
ACFS is the largest privately owned container logistics operator in Australia.
ACFS sites are strategically positioned with close proximity to all major ports. These locations ensure that our operations have dynamic and efficient access to wharf terminals. We have dedicated sites in development for Western Sydney and Melbourne and a committed Go West strategy that will allow us to expand our operations. These sites will provide additional service benefits for our clientele across the geographic metropolitan areas.
The Administration Clerk will add support by:
- Data Entry (including customer order entry) in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Use of WMS and other tools as appropriate to compile and produce ongoing and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
- Filing.
- Preparation of/modification to process flows, work instructions and associated systems documentation.
- Generation and upwards reporting of productivity reports.
- Setting up Cycle Count Schedules in WMS.
- Stock Movement Inquiries in WMS.
Complete any other tasks as reasonably directed by your Line Manager.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Power Point and Excel spreadsheet.
