Defensive Team Service Delivery Manager

Job Description
Triskele Labs are further growing our Service Delivery team to manage our projects and ensure we are delivering quality services to our clients. The Defensive Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for client queries, ensuring all tasks are delivered on-time and no client query is overlooked, reviewing and approving monthly reports, monthly Service Delivery meetings and ensuring all follow-up tasks are undertaken. You will work closely with the delivery team to ensure all Triskele Labs values are achieved. This role focuses specifically on our Defensive team, looking after our Security Operations Centre.
Functions of this role will include:
- Delivering 40+ monthly Service Delivery Meetings to our clients.
- Final review and approval of Monthly Service Delivery reports.
- Tracking all follow-up tasks in the CRM and ensuring they are complete.
- Responding to client queries by phone and email.
- Coordinating bulletins and notifications relating to critical security vulnerabilities.
This is a very fast paced role. You will be responsible for further building and maintaining our relationships with our clients. There is opportunity for rapid career progression as we continue our ascension to the leading cybersecurity company in Australia.
Requirements
This role is highly client facing. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. In addition, you will require sharp time management and lateral thinking skills to succeed. It would be ideal to have a technical background to be able to discuss technical findings and tasks with clients. The ideal candidate will posses:
- Technical background is ideal.
- Undergraduate degree in business system, entrepreneurial studies or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Ability to think laterally and outside the box.
- Sharp time management skills as this is fast moving role.
