Offensive Team Service Delivery Manager

Triskele Labs are further growing our Service Delivery team to manage our projects and ensure we are delivering quality services to our clients. The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for client queries, scheduling and ensuring all tasks are delivered on-time and no client query is overlooked. You will work closely with the delivery team to ensure all Triskele Labs values are achieved. Reporting to the Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the CEO, COO and CCO giving you fully visibility across the business and accelerating your career. This role focuses specifically on our Offensive team, looking after the Penetration Testing and Red Team.

Functions of this role will include:

• Maintaining the CRM and project creation within various tools including Hubspot, Clockify and Asana.
• Scheduling projects with the Penetration Testing team in our Project Management Tool.
• Reschedule projects as requirements and timeframes change.
• Sending client communications including kick-off documents.
• Requesting credentials from clients for Penetration Testing.
• Ongoing client communications via phone and email.
• Final report reviews before release.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Regular meetings (face to face where possible and VC) with clients to discuss upcoming projects and schedules.

This is a very fast paced role. You will be responsible for managing gt;10 Penetration Testers and 50 project at any given time. You will have set KPIs including ensuring all clients communications are responded to as aligned with the Triskele Labs client charter. Requirements

This role is highly client facing. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. In addition, you will require sharp time management and lateral thinking skills to succeed. The ideal candidate will posses:

• Undergraduate degree in business system, entrepreneurial studies or similar.
• Prior experience with business systems including Microsoft products preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to think laterally and outside the box.
• Sharp time management skills as this is fast moving role.
